Specialty Toppers versus Full Specialty Cloths.
If you are provided with a solid color under cloth it is less expensive to just rent a specialty topper. However, if no undercloth is provided then you need to rent both an under cloth and the specialty topper or rent a full floor length specialty cloth if available. It is not only a matter of budget but of the "look". Some people prefer the layered two-cloth look and others prefer the clean look of one cloth. There is no right or wrong way regarding this matter.
