All orders will be confirmed via fax or e-mail. It is the customer's responbililty to review your confirming invoice as your order will be packed according to that invoice. The Total Table is not resposible for ordering errors on the part of the customer such as incorrect date of use, color, size or quantity.
The Total Table is not responsible for late deliveries due to the carrier.
LOST/DAMAGED LINENS
All rental property is rented on a per event basis and is to be returned within three (3) days of the listed event date. Rental property held beyond the agreed upon due date is subject to an additional rental charge or a replacement charge.
In the event rental property is not returned or is returned in a damaged condition, i.e. torn, burned or otherwise damaged the Customer will be charged a replacement. Customer agrees to pay these lost/damage charges on their credit card which is on file with The Total Table in agreement with the signed rental form also on file at The Total Table. Damaged tablecloths become the property of the customer and must be picked up within two weeks after your event or they will be discarded.
ORDER REVISIONS/CANCELLATION Changes to standard orders can be made at any time up to 3 business days before the scheduled ship date. Partial cancellation or reductions after that time will not be permitted, as the entire order will have been packed and loaded for shipment. Additions after that time will be sent as an add-on to the original order and may arrive as a separate shipment or delivery. If the additional order requires expedited shipping, additional charges may be incurred.
Large quantity or custom orders may not be cancelled at any time after The Total Table has received a signed order confirmation from the Customer.
Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.
No refund on rental linens once the order has been processed.
THE TOTAL TABLE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR COLOR VARIATIONS DUE TO DYE LOT DIFFERENCES.
SAMPLES
We are happy to send a swatch of any current linen to our current customers. We send out up-dates to our sample books to our active customers. Additionally, we have a showroom and this lovely web site as additional tools to help you choose the linen that is right for your event.
CUSTOM LINENS
Since we manufacture all of our own linens we can make a linen just for you in most of our fabrics seen on this website in any size that you need. Whether it is new custom dining room tablecloth or larger quantities of a unique size in that special fabric, we are happy to accomodate your request.
